Mitsubishi Electric CV NX2-W-G06/ H 0042 – 0242 water to water heat pump

Water to water indoor unit for the production of chilled/hot water with Scroll compressors with intermediate discharge valve (IDV), low-GWP and ozone-friendly refrigerant R454B, braze-welded plate-type exchanger and electronic expansion valve. Base and frame in hot-galvanised shaped sheet steel with a suitable thickness. All parts polyester-powder painted to assure total weather resistance, RAL 7035. The range includes the single-circuit two-compressor version.

The new generation refrigerant R454B is the most eco-sustainable alternative to traditional refrigerant R410A, offering a 76% reduction in terms of GWP (Global Warming Potential GWP of R454B = 467, GWP of R410A = 1924 as per IPCC rev. 5th) and zero impact on the ozone layer.

ELECTRONIC EXPANSION VALVE SUPPLIED STANDARD

The use of the electronic expansion valve generates considerable benefits, especially in cases of variable demand and at different working conditions. It guarantees energy savings due to efficiency optimization in various different working conditions which translates into a reduction in operating consumption, a faster start-up of the unit and a wider extension of the operating limits.

SAFETY DESIGN

Family range with A2L refrigerant, completely designed to meet completely all the safety requirements for the installation inside the machinery room. Including new risk assessment evaluation strategies in accordance with the latest Directives, new design of the components inside the compressor compartment, new separated electrical panel and inclusion, as a standard, of refrigerant leak management devices (leak detector and valves) for a prompt unit power off in case of leakage.

VARIABLE PRIMARY FLOW

Energy savings due to variable pump speed management based on load demand and the variable flow ensures the units also function in critical working conditions.
